Eating at a buffet

Buffets allow people to eat an unlimited quantity of food at a fixed cost. Most people eating at buffets can be classified into two categories:
1) Since there is a limit to how much a person can eat at a buffet at a time, some people restrict themselves to the expensive dishes on the menu. Ordering the food separately would cost a lot of money, they prefer to help themselves to an unlimited amount of this dish.
2) Other people try to get the best value for their money. Since they have already paid in advance , they try to sample every dish that is available. Most people take second helpings and some take a third helping also, since they are unable to control themself. Many compensate for this overeating, by dieting the next day
